Jekyll Island Turtle Crawl

Join one of the Georgia coast’s most unique and meaningful events – the annual Turtle Crawl on Jekyll Island. This fun, family-friendly race marks the start of sea turtle nesting season and supports the important work of sea turtle conservation.

Participants can choose from a 10K, 5K, or 1K Fun Run, or even join virtually as a “Ghost Crawler.” The event benefits the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, helping fund sea turtle rehabilitation, research, and education efforts.
